Best Game Studio in MENA Finalist
We were nominated as one of the best game studios in MENA region 2024 by the MENA Games Award
Game Hermits spent five years shipping full-cycle game systems for enterprise clients and studios. We're applying that same discipline to build our own original IP.
Players who love tight, narrative-driven combat and players who love open-world RPG progression turned out to be the same audience, split across two genres that rarely speak to each other.
Mission-based games built around tight, deliberate combat are consistently breaking out right now. Several of the biggest recent successes in the space came from small, focused teams, not AA or AAA studios.
This is the space we build in. Tight combat, deep character customization, and stories worth finishing. It's a broad, durable position, not a bet on a single game.
Every future title follows the same principle. Find where player profiles overlap and nobody is building for it, then build for it. That's a studio strategy, not a one-game bet.
Our first original title, and the proof of everything above
Original IP doesn't start from zero. Every one of these technical systems (multiplayer, VR, gameplay frameworks) feeds directly into how we build our own games.
Remastering and porting Metin2 multiplayer solutions, backend systems, and gameplay systems to an optimized Mobile game.
Building a new multiplayer backend solution that mirrors the classic game functionality, creating a new Database and its APIs, and porting gameplay systems to C# Unity.
A game that supports a new set of rules for the classic monopoly game, supports In-App purchases, and a backend solution that supports social features
We built the complete infrastructure that supports multiplayer and gameplay mechanics, deployed to the App Store and Play Store, and integrated UI design with Database APIs
Part of a baloot project, we needed a reusable framework that handles card shuffling, dealing, player hand, playing a card, pulling cards, and all other card game-related actions.
We've built this project-agnostic card framework; including the code in a new project automatically sets up the project to be a card game. This makes us masters at making card game solutions for both ...
The ruleset and gameplay system for a baloot game
We've built this game solution to integrate seamlessly using our card game framework. It also handles player disconnection and replaces them with a bot for the match to complete.
A VR training enterprise solution for the Safety department that is easy to reuse and repeat.
We built a multiplayer VR training solution that enables 6 employees to take different roles in multiple ICS scenarios and test their safety knowledge along the way.
An Enterprise VR training solution that presents an insecure office environment where the user needs to figure out the insecurities and fix them.
We built a VR training solution that supports producing multiple scenarios without writing additional code. We also worked on the graphics of the project.
To build the gameplay systems of the game "Zamakan" based on the physics-based Space-Time grid
We built gameplay systems, integrated the art asset, designed and developed the UI, and integrated the Steamwork APIs.
A VR voice-tour solution of the Masjid Al-Nabawy and Masjid-Al Aqsa that teaches users the geography of these holy places.
Using our VR simulator framework, we easily integrated the provided graphics with our framework and produced the VR solution without a single additional line of code.
An Educational game for kids below 3 years old that teaches them the essential Arabic words.
We developed gameplay systems, a backend solution to support kids' and parents' data, and integrated UI and art assets.
An enterprise solution that allows representatives to reflect their real-life progress onto a superhero character shared within the company.

A running record of what we've built and earned
Our direction came from direct market observation, not a brainstorm. The person who spotted the gap is the same person running the studio.
Our action-game systems, engineering pipelines, and production discipline were already built through years of client work. We're not starting from a blank engine.
We test player interest with real, working prototypes before committing to full production, not the other way around.
Five years of shipping for demanding clients, on their deadlines and their budgets, is a different discipline than building for yourself for the first time.
The trust we built shipping for others is the same trust we're asking you to place in our original games
From complex multiplayer systems to enterprise VR simulations, this is the client work that funded the discipline we're now putting into our own IP.
This is the same technical arsenal that shipped enterprise contracts, now aimed at our own games
Built for MMORPGs and enterprise clients; ready the moment any future title needs online systems.
Story-driven, mission-based frameworks. The same structure powering our games' campaigns.
Proven at national-infrastructure scale. A capability few first-time studios can claim.
A production pipeline built for iteration speed, critical for validating concepts fast, before full production.
Experience preserving quality and UX across PC, mobile, and VR, all under one production standard.
Action-game systems built in past projects, reused directly as the foundation for our combat design.
Enterprise-grade tools, now building consumer-grade games
